How to go about this challenge?
We have created a 7-Day Practice Guide with different creative flows for the week. There’s a description below every video for you to understand what you’ll be focusing on through that flow.
You have 9 flows to choose from depending on your level & mood. All flows are pre-recorded and can be practiced any time of the day at the convenience of your space & time. The Challenge is beginner-friendly, with necessary modifications to level up your practice. All flows are unique and have different moods & levels mentioned. There is something for everyone here.
